What’s on

Seoul of the Party 3.0

Forget a flight to Korea this summer and check into Mondrian Singapore Duxton instead, as the hotel brings a slice of Seoul a little closer to home. For the third iteration of its Seoul of the Party series, the festivities take over every corner of the hotel, spreading across its restaurants, bars, ballrooms and even guest rooms. The month-long programme features everything K-inspired, from chef collabs and afternoon tea experiences to live entertainment and vinyl listening nights. For the cocktail lovers, drinks take centre stage at two main events featuring guest bartenders from Korea’s Southside Parlor. Seoul After Dark captures the flavours of the city through a curated menu of seasonal cocktails, while Summer In Seoul recreates a day in Hongdae. It starts with some leisurely cafe vibes before evolving into a night fueled by K-pop jams and inventive cocktails. Foodies aren’t left out either – for a taste of Korea beyond the capital, make sure to book a culinary journey to Jeju Island with a limited-run dinner at Bottega di Carna. Across two evenings, Culinary Class Wars stars Chef Kang Byung Woo and Chef Lee Sein team up with Mondrian’s own Kenny Huang to present a six-course menu that puts a contemporary spin on staple Korean dishes.
