HGTV will put them head-to-head in a home renovation competition series called ‘Totally ’90s House.’

The biggest reunion of 1990s teen idols is about to happen on your TV screen.
HGTV’s Totally ’90s House, which premieres on August 26, will bring together Jaleel White (Family Matters), Beverley Mitchell (7th Heaven), Jodie Sweetin (Full House), Melissa Joan Hart (Sabrina the Teenage Witch), Matthew and Joey Lawrence (Boy Meets World and Blossom, respectively), Brian Austin Green (Beverly Hills, 90210) and Keshia Knight Pulliam (The Cosby Show) to go head-to-head in a home renovation competition.
RECOMMENDED: Will Ferrell is taking on golf in his first TV comedy, The Hawk
Jaleel White will play host as two celeb teams look across the country for houses stuck in the 1990s (HGTV reminds us that looks like honey oak cabinets, sponge-painted walls, mirrored closets, valance window treatments, heavy carpets and curved staircases). Each team has to pick one home to totally overhaul with design help from Carter Oosterhouse (Carter Can) and Sabrina Soto (The High Low Project). If they pull off the best modernization, the team wins $25,000 for their chosen charity.
The renovations will be judged by Vern Yip (Home Reimagined, Trading Spaces); married real estate developers Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt (100 Day Dream Home), who will judge primary bedrooms; 98 Degrees band member, dancer, actor and reality TV star Drew Lachey, who will judge primary bathroom remodels; home reno guru Mina Starsiak Hawk (Good Bones), who will judge each home’s foyer and office/den; TV host and Broadway star Paige Davis (Trading Spaces), who will critique the dining and living rooms; and acclaimed designer Jonathan Adler (Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge) will tour every space in the homes and crown the Totally ‘90s House champion.
“Everybody loves the ’90s again,” says host Jaleel White in a statement. “The fits are back, the playlists are on repeat and kids who weren’t even born yet are binge-watching the shows we made famous. But while some things from the ’90s are timeless… some of y’all never got the memo that the decade ended. We asked America to show us the homes still living in the past, and the response was incredible. Now it’s time for the ultimate throwback transformation. Get ready for the biggest ’90s house battle ever.”
Watch it on HGTV, starting at 9pm ET/PT, on August 26.
