I'm celebrating my birthday! Is it mandatory to reserve? How shall I do it? Reservation is for free?

It is necessary to reserve a table to celebrate your birthday at the Market, and you can do so through our booking link here. Yes, reservation is for free. 

Can I come any day or only on my actual birthday?
At the market, we celebrate birthdays all month long! You can come any day and at any time, as long as your birthday falls between July 2026 and 2027 and you’ve made a reservation in advance.

Where can I see the menus?
You can check it out through the Mobile Ordering, or just hit this link.

I’ve already submitted the form, now what?
Just come to Market at the time you selected and let yourself go the party starts on its own!

If my group has more than 10 people, can we still come?
No problem at all! Just keep in mind that the promotion is valid for a maximum of 10 people. If your group is larger than that, the complimentary cocktails will no longer be included, but you'll still be able to enjoy the cheesecake and all the other birthday perks. And of course, you'll still be able to eat and drink just as well… there's always plenty to enjoy here!

What if we’re fewer than 10?
No worries the promotion still applies to smaller groups. As long as there are at least 4 of you, the party goes on!

Do I need to show any ID to prove it’s my birthday?
Yes, we’ll ask for a form of ID to confirm the day of your birthday. Nothing too serious, we just need to verify it!

What days and times can I book?
You can come any day of the week, during the Market's regular opening hours. Just make sure you book in advance!

Will there be any special surprises?
We don’t want to spoil anything, but let’s just say there’ll be a few exclusive touches to make your celebration even better.

Coffee and running go hand in hand: caffeine gives us the perfect energy boost. At Time Out Market, we're bringing these two passions together with a new edition of Caffeine Runs x Time Out Market: a social run, a DJ set and a healthy drink to turn any after-work plan into the perfect evening.

On 17 and 31 July, Caffeine Social Club is coming to Time Out Market with two sessions designed for everyone who loves logging miles... and making the most of the evening. Meet-up is at 6.30 PM, with the run starting at 7 PM from the Market.

The first session, on 17 July, is a 4 km run suitable for all levels, led by Nico. On 31 July, runners looking for a bigger challenge can join an 8 km route led by Xabi.

After the run comes the reward. At 8 PM, participants will return to Time Out Market for a DJ set to wind down, a complimentary glass of Natureo 0.0%, and a great atmosphere to spend the evening with the local running community.

One of the best things about finishing at Time Out Market is that you can stay for dinner afterwards. Choose from a wide range of options, including healthy dishes, Asian cuisine, burgers, tacos and chef-led concepts. After burning all that energy, it's time to refuel.

This summer, we have seven editions of El Tardet x Time Out Market –an evening "tardeo" with DJs, humor, and plenty of surprises! This party offers the perfect atmosphere to meet new people or have a blast with your crew, surrounded by drinks and music, all without having to sacrifice a whole night’s sleep!

The evening kicks off with a short show by Las Pájaras, a comedy duo who will handle the warm–up at 7:30 p.m., dressed in vintage style and ready to win you over with their bold charm. Their performance will make way for the DJ starting at 9 p.m., with the decks spinning until the end of the night.

The spirit of El Tardet –famous for organizing the spiciest "tardeos" in the city– will be felt throughout the Market, featuring a rumba concert and a fun raffle with prizes for attendees, hosted by Las Pájaras. 

In love with yin yoga? Then don't miss this seaside session with SABDA, taking place at Time Out Market on 24 July, 6 PM. Enjoy an immersive 360º sound bath featuring live music and Tibetan singing bowls. Slow-paced poses, mindful breathing and vibrations flowing through your entire body, enhanced by immersive light-enabled headphones that engage all your senses. The perfect way to release the week's tension.

Immersive Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching rather than strength, with poses held for longer periods of time. The aim is to breathe through the discomfort of each posture and stay with the stretch until you begin to find a sense of ease—and even pleasure—in the sensation.

The soundtrack will be your greatest companion, helping you connect even more deeply with every pose. In fact, research has shown that music can influence our emotional state and help us become more present in the moment.

The Mestral Terrace will transform into a peaceful urban oasis where you can escape the pace of city life and enjoy an afternoon dedicated to wellbeing. Led by SABDA, the session is designed for both experienced yoga practitioners and anyone simply looking to slow down after work.

A Complete Wellbeing Experience

But the afternoon doesn't end when you roll up your mat. After the class, you'll be able to toast with a glass of Natureo 0%, recharge with a delicious Greensland açai bowl, and discover new self-care rituals in a workshop by Lab(b) Cosmetics, where you'll learn the secrets to achieving glowing summer skin with LAB(B).

LAB(B) is a skincare laboratory that combines science, transparency and highly concentrated natural active ingredients. During the workshop, its expert pharmacists will share practical tips for creating a skincare routine tailored to the warmer months, as well as advice on preventing and treating the most common summer skin concerns. To top it all off, every attendee will receive a complimentary product.

A complete wellbeing experience to nourish both body and mind while connecting with others who share a passion for self-care. Your body—and your mind—will thank you!

Football is one of our passions — and it shows (with a regular line-up of live match screenings that’s impossible to ignore). And we couldn’t miss the chance to share all the excitement of the World Cup with you. Head over to Time Out Market to enjoy the matches for free on a giant screen, surrounded by fellow fans and with special food offers. Just show up for whichever match you want to watch. The tournament runs from June 11 to July 19.

There will also be giveaways and prize draws featuring football-themed items to celebrate and cheer on the players from the big screens.

We’ll have two screens set up across different areas of the market:

• A projector in the Estrella Damm area, home to kitchens including The Fish & Chips Shop, La Balmesina, Monster Sushi and La Real.
• A screen of more than 7 m² in the Wine area sponsored by Coca-Cola, alongside a bar and plenty of new food options including La Porca, La Bikineria, Greenland, Carmen, Paral·lelo Gelato and JonCake.

Entry is free and open to everyone, with no registration required. There will also be a special €20 menu including food and a drink (free Coca-Cola included), with each kitchen serving some of its signature dishes. This menu will be available exclusively through Mobile Ordering: place your order online here and collect it directly at the market.
